General Information
Vendor Fee is $50 per space. Vendor space will be assigned on date of event. There will be indoor and outdoor spaces available. Vendor provides own table(s) (not to exceed 8 ft in total length), chairs, extensions cords, appropriate surge protector and tent (for outdoor only, not to exceed 10 ft X 10 ft). Not all spaces will have electrical power. All monies you collect, you keep.

Space Assignment & Setup
Setup time will only be from 7:00 – 9:00am on date of event. Check in with Kailani Koa to be assigned space. Space must be completely cleaned up by 5pm.

Restrictions
Vendor spaces are to be used for selling merchandise and for providing services or information. Selling is permitted only in assigned space. The following restrictions will apply:
• No T-shirts are to be sold, except for the official Festival t-shirts.
• All food items sold must be unopened and packaged by manufacturer, except food served from the Festival concession booth. Samples may be offered.
• NO ALCOHOLIC DRINKS for consumption or sale will be permitted on premises.
• ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING WITHIN THE TENT OR INSIDE GYMNASIUM AT ANY TIME.
• POLITICAL ACTIVITIES & SOLICITATIONS ARE PROHIBITED.
• No music or “pitches” that conflict with the operation of other vendors or tournament.
• All spaces must be manned by at least one (1) representative during the entire duration of the event.
• Areas surrounding space must be kept in a clean, safe and orderly manner at all times.
• Pets and animals are prohibited.
